I don’t want to brag, but I’m early about 90% of the time, on-time 9% of the time, and late maybe 1% — and that 1% is accompanied by a phone call or text 100% of the time. — Being on-time isn’t some rare superpower — it’s a choice.

…I can already hear the excuses: “Well sometimes things happen and you can’t control it!” I get it. Life happens. But let’s say you’ve got to be across town and you know it’s a 20-minute drive… why the hell are you leaving 20 minutes before? — You leave 40 minutes early. Because then one of two things happens:

1. You get there early — and you look like someone who has their shit together.

2. You get there right on time — and you still look like someone who has their shit together.

Either way, your day starts better, you feel better, and no one’s waiting on you. I’m right and you cant change my mind.
